International Activity

I have worked and continue to work researchers from various disciplines in Nigeria, Malawi, Ghana, and United Kingdom. Specifically, we have sought to help local farmers in Ghana convert their waste residues to biogas for use as cooking gas. Also, working with medical scientists in Malawi and the UK, we investigated the prevalence of drug resistant pathogens among patients in select hospitals in Malawi. Additionally, I have an ongoing collaboration that seeks to evaluate the the efficacy of algae-mediated passive wastewater treatment in Nigeria.
